Children:
- Epilepsy (adjunct with valproate): Start with 0.15 mg/kg once daily for 2 weeks, then 0.3 mg/kg once daily for 2 weeks. Increase by 0.3 mg/kg every 1-2 weeks to a maintenance dose of 1-5 mg/kg daily.
